Simone Biles, a gymnast from the United States, took home her 20th world championship medal. the world championships when Team USA won their seventh world title consecutively at Antwerp Belgium's World Championship on October 4. She has won 33 medals and is the most decorated female on the gymnastics stage. This includes the Olympics. Biles did an extremely difficult vault that it was the first vault that women could do it at an international level. Biles II is now the title of the Yurchenko dual pike vault which used to be called Yurchenko.
